ECONIT AIR

We upcycled glass that has exceeded its lifespan to create a very lightweight yet sturdy construction material with excellent insulation properties.

ECONIT WOOD

By combining econit with wood, we aimed to create a CO2 neutral and non-flammable material with excellent thermal and acoustic properties for interior application.

METAL SPRAY REINFORCEMENT

We created multiple sprayed metal coating that acts as the load-bearing layer on complex geometries.

CERAMIC 3D PRINTING (POWDER BED)

With Ceramic 3D Printing, we aim to produce individual components with high precision and complex geometries. The components should be heat-resistant and waterproof, provided they are fully glazed. .

TECTOFORM

We are developing a digital construction system for prefabricated elements, where the element detailing and joint generation will happen automatically depending on the assembly logic.

This Experiment looks at the potential for integrating detailing and stiffening ribs directly onto sheet metal.
